DARVELLA CAKE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Ordering & Payment:

  • Full payment is required to confirm your order.
  • Orders must be placed at least 3 days (72 hours before 12pm) in advance.

2. Cancellations & Changes:

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours before 12pm) prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund.
  • Changes to your order (flavour, size, design) must be requested at least 4 days in advance.

3. Pickup:

  • Please arrive on time for pickup; late pickups may affect the quality of your cake.
  • Please adhere to your selected pickup time. Our cakes are made to order, with consideration given to this collection time.
  • We take every care to package your cake securely, but we are not responsible for any damage once the cake has been picked up or delivered.

4. Returns & Issues:

  • Any issues with your order must be addressed within 24 hours of pickup.
  • Returns or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Storage & Consumption:

  • Cakes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 7 days for the best quality.

6. Allergies & Special Requirements:

  • While we take care with dietary requests, our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

7. Design & Creative License:

  • We do our best to match design requests, but slight variations may occur.
