Refund policy
Store Policy: Pre-Orders
All product pre-orders at Darvella Patisserie must be placed at least 72 hours before your selected pickup date and time.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders cancelled within 72 hours. Instead, a store credit will be provided. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns & Issues:
- Any issues with your order must be addressed within 24 hours of pickup.
- Returns or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations & Changes:
- Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours before 12pm) prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund.
- Changes to your order (flavour, size, design) must be requested at least 4 days in advance.
