Named after a small Swiss village where our story began, Darvella Patisserie is a celebration of craftsmanship, care, and connection.
Everything is made in-house by our talented team of bakers and pastry chefs — from flaky, golden croissants and artisan breads to seasonal cakes and savoury pastries. We proudly use the finest local and sustainable ingredients, including flour from Wholegrain Milling Co. and canary butter from New Zealand.
